RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for silver jewellery

  • 7 days for non-personalized accessories

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging

  • Jewellery must be unworn and undamaged

  • Original invoice/receipt required

  • Personalized/customized items are non-returnable

  • Pierced earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Return Process

  1. Initiate return request through website or customer care

  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging

  4. Schedule pickup or ship to our return address

  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after quality check

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed to original payment method

  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)

  • Shipping charges non-refundable unless item is defective

  • Processing fee of ₹100 deducted for returns without defects

EXCHANGE POLICY

Size Exchange

Free size exchange within 7 days for rings and bracelets if size chart was followed during purchase.

Design Exchange

Exchange for different design allowed within 7 days with price difference adjustment.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact customer support immediately at +91-70122-55184 or contactanantura@gmail.com.

Once order is processed for dispatch, cancellation charges of ₹100 may apply.

Cancellation Process

  1. Contact customer support within 2 hours of order placement

  2. Provide order number and reason for cancellation

  3. Confirmation will be sent via email

  4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days if payment was made online

Modification Process

  • Changes to delivery address, phone number, or product selection

  • Modifications subject to product availability

  • Price difference adjustments will be communicated before confirmation

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Orders already dispatched

  • Special occasion orders placed less than 48 hours before delivery date

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days

  • Net Banking/UPI: 3-5 business days

  • Wallet Payments: 2-3 business days

  • COD Orders: 7-10 business days via NEFT
